HR Executive (Code: HR)

    Requirements:

    * Min. Holds Bachelor Degree on Law or Psychology or Human resources
       management or related discipline area from reputable university
    * Male/Female, max. 35 years old and dynamic person
    * Having at least 2-5 years experience in HR Management. Preferable
       experienced from palm oil company business
    * Know well and understanding of HR function area, Recruitment, Admin
       Personnel, Compensation & benefit, developing HR policy and
       procedures and able to make HR SOP’s
    * Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related
       government regulation
    * Good command written and spoken in English
    * Familiar with Microsoft Office skills
    * Good Interpersonal Skills, time management and organizational skills
