Qualification:

• Male / Female
• Master's degree in Psychology, or Bachelor degree in Psychology, with a minimum 1 year experience in handling recruitment & training
• Skillful in Preparing, conducting and Evaluating psychological test
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable and have a high stress tolerance
• Good in Bahasa (verbal and written)
• Computer literate
