ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
(OD OFFICER)

(Selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and giving recommendation about HR Practices in our organization)

    

   Requirements:  

    * Basic Requirement
    * Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major
       (Psychology preferably),  with minimum GPA of 3.0
    * Male
    * Good command in English
    * Experienced (at least 1 year in organization development area)

Competencies

    * Having good knowledge in HR Practices (such as organization design,
       organization structure, job evaluation, performance management,etc)
    * Self motivated
    * Computer literate, able to operate MS Office
    * Good interpersonal and communication skills
    * Good analytical thinking and problem solving
