We searching for a highly qualified and profesional to fill the potition as :
Business Development Support Specialist
The overall purpose of the Business Development Support Specialist is to support the local BD and technical team as well as Singapore Carrier Team in Pacnet Indonesia with general office administration duties; follow up on revenues and collectables with customers and other promotional and marketing activities.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a high level of service standards in supporting the BD activities. You will need to ensure consistent level of sales support is being delivered to the BD team and review the improvements to work processes, assist in analyzing and collation of data and preparation of timely submission of monthly reports to management and the BD team.

Responsibilities:
• Office Administration- assist to manage the office lease and office
administration and all building facilities including phones, photocopiers,
internet access, etc.
• Manage the petty cash for office supplies (stationary, coffee, newspapers,
etc)
• Assist to ensure that customers are invoiced and soft copy invoices are
provided
• Manage and process the weekly/monthly report production and interaction
with BR team to ensure data quality is maintained
• Monitor and follow up on payment status and follow up on outstanding
invoices
• Support the Singapore & Indonesia team with the revenue tracking;
reporting and updating of funnels in Sales force and assist with all
reporting requests from the Business Development team
• Support all promotional and marketing activities in Indonesia
• Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years experience of working as supporting unit and
administration function.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business process, sales
support, administration, and analytical skills
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Computer literacy (Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Self motivated with dynamic personality
• Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with a Multinational company and with teams based
remotely in other countries
• Experience working in the IT/telco industry
