   Job Description :

    Recruitment :

    * Posting advertisement to internet, media, twitter, flyer, school, etc.
    * Selection application letter
    * Interview candidates
    * Conduct psychotest, scoring, & make a recruitment report
    * Recommend candidates for placement process


    Training :

    * Monitoring training activity
    * Record training activity


    Personel Administration

    * Monitoring employee agreement, prepare & renewal contract letter.



  Requirement :

    * Majoring S1 Psychology
    * Familiar with Psychological tools
    * Experience in Human Resouces Department minimum 2 years
    * Detail oriented, meticulous, high responsibility, high motivation & good
       analytical thinking
