ORACLE HYPERION TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS


    Responsibilities :

    * Develops and maintains Oracle Planning Applications, including forms,
       business rules, calc scripts and security.
    * Develops and maintains Oracle Essbase applications involving both BSO
       and ASO technologies.
    * Provide Production Support functions (helpdesk, training, data
       reconcilement, data loads, security access).
    * Keeps abreast of new developments in areas of concentration to maintain
       skill levels necessary to provide quality service to business partners.
    * Works with end users to resolve issues, recommend solutions and create
       requirements.
    * Define and develop processing improvements to streamline the database
       management function.
    * Participates in various project initiatives including business change
       projects and system projects to achieve maximum automation, efficiency
       and accuracy.


     Requirements :

    * Must be extremely organized with attention to detail and be able to meet
       deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic
       environment.
    * Must be a team player with the ability to interact with business and
       finance associates to complete numerous ad-hoc and special projects.
    * Strong communication skills and business acumen are required.
    * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science or equivalent.
    * At least 3 years hands-on development experience with Oracle Hyperion
       Planning and Essbase.
    * At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Planning or Essbase
       applications using formal implementation methodology
    * Strong hands-on experience with creation, maintenance and optimization
       of forms, calculation scripts, business rules within Planning and Essbase.
    * Strong hands-on experience with updating Planning and Essbase
       metadata (entities, accounts, etc.) via Vignette (HAL)/ ODI/ EPMA.
    * Hands-on experience with administration of Planning, Shared Services
       and SmartView
    * Working knowledge of various financial systems and Microsoft Office.
    * Experience working across multiple groups within a large organization.
    * Proven analytical and problem solving skills
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    * Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
    * Strong problem solving, research skills and the ability to triage and
       independently run through a series of potential solutions
    * Experience gathering large amounts of data, conducting analysis and
       presenting findings
    * Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Outlook


     Desired Skills:

    * Development within Oracle OBIEE, Microsoft SQL / SSIS and/or Oracle DB.
    * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access including VBA macro.
    * 5-7 years of related financial analysis experience.
    * Work experience with  a large corporate environment.

We searching for a highly qualified and profesional to fill the potition as :


Business Development Support Specialist


The overall purpose of the Business Development Support Specialist is to support the local BD and technical team as well as Singapore Carrier Team in Pacnet Indonesia with general office administration duties; follow up on revenues and collectables with customers and other promotional and marketing activities.
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining a high level of service standards in supporting the BD activities. You will need to ensure consistent level of sales support is being delivered to the BD team and review the improvements to work processes, assist in analyzing and collation of data and preparation of timely submission of monthly reports to management and the BD team.


   Responsibilities:

• Office Administration- assist to manage the office lease and office
   administration and all building facilities including phones, photocopiers,
   internet access, etc.
• Manage the petty cash for office supplies (stationary, coffee, newspapers,
   etc)
• Assist to ensure that customers are invoiced and soft copy invoices are
   provided
• Manage and process the weekly/monthly report production and interaction
   with BR team to ensure data quality is maintained
• Monitor and follow up on payment status and follow up on outstanding
   invoices
• Support the Singapore & Indonesia team with the revenue tracking;
   reporting and updating of funnels in Sales force and assist with all
   reporting requests from the Business Development team
• Support all promotional and marketing activities in Indonesia
• Other duties as and when required


   Requirements:


• Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years experience of working as supporting unit and
   administration function.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business process, sales
   support, administration, and analytical skills
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Computer literacy (Proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Self motivated with dynamic personality
• Posses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with a Multinational company and with teams based
   remotely in other countries
• Experience working in the IT/telco industry
